Products and prices
Prices are in US dollars. Product pages describe each mat’s material, dimensions, color, thickness and care. Screen settings and lighting may affect the appearance of colors. The displayed product and checkout information apply to the items you select. No availability is guaranteed solely because an item appears in the catalog.
Payment authorization
When you submit a payment through an available payment service, you authorize the charge displayed for your selected items, shipping and tax. Use only a payment method you are authorized to use. A payment attempt alone is not confirmation that funds have been collected or an order accepted.
Orders and acceptance
Provide accurate contact and address details and review your selection before submitting. An order is accepted when Teksturism confirms acceptance. A submission or payment authorization does not by itself establish acceptance. If an issue affects a submitted order, contact customer support for assistance.
Shipping and fulfillment
Free standard shipping to all 50 US states and Washington, DC. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days from the processing start; this is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee. The order cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00), Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed year-round without daylight saving changes. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day use that day as the processing start. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays use the next business day. Waiting until that start is additional to the estimated 4–6 business days.
Returns and refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy describes the 30-day request window, return conditions, costs and refund timing. Damaged, defective and incorrect items are handled separately from ordinary change-of-mind returns. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Using the website
Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or misuse another person’s information. Our original brand artwork, photographs and site content may not be reused without authorization, except as permitted by law.
