Wipe both TPE surfaces with a damp cloth and diluted mild soap. Do not soak or scrub with abrasives. Air-dry flat before rolling and keep away from prolonged direct sunlight.

Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the mat must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging. Contact [email protected] with your order number and reason before returning an item. Obtain authorization and return instructions first.

Returns are sent to France. We cover related return shipping for our errors, damage or defects; change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer. No restocking fee. Approved refunds are returned within 10 calendar days; bank posting times may vary.
